Before returning the products, please contact our customer support team by calling 0751 547 141 (Monday-Sunday between 9am and 6pm) or by email at email@example.com, to assist you with the return procedure, to provide reasons for the return, or to discuss any other issues regarding the return of products.
2. COMPLETE THE RETURN FORM
Fill out the Return Form that was included in your package. If you do not find this form, please contact our customer support team by calling 0751 547 141 (Monday-Sunday between 9am and 6pm) or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. PACK THE PRODUCT
Carefully pack the items in the box and include the Return Form.
The products must be returned in the original state ("like new") in which they were delivered and you must ensure, in particular, that the products are not damaged, altered or used.
4. SHIP IT
Our customer support team can arrange for our collaborating courier company to take the package and return it to our warehouse. At that time you will not be required to pay the direct courier for the return shipment.

Regardless of the method of return of the products, please keep the proof of delivery (for example the receipt from the courier) in order to prove that you have returned the products in the unlikely event we do not receive the returned goods.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
